SetPlus Clubes for ChatGPT — privacy notice

Data used by this integration
When you connect SetPlus, you sign in on clubes.setplus.io. ChatGPT does not receive your SetPlus password. The integration server stores encrypted OAuth connection information and uses it to identify your SetPlus account. Your current club membership, individual integration authorization, and operation permissions determine which records are available.
On your request, the integration may retrieve authorized club details, courts, availability, reservations, tournament settings and matches, linked player information, classes, Academy courses and students, attendance, authorized medical records and guardian contacts, catalog and inventory information, purchases and suppliers, sales and payments, account balances, expenses, cash, subscriptions, competition entries and rankings, community, recording metadata, fiscal documents, and kitchen orders. Access follows your current Manager permissions, including professor and point-of-sale restrictions. Passwords, OAuth/provider credentials, private fiscal keys, and camera ingest or storage credentials are not returned. Returned records become available in your ChatGPT conversation. The integration receives tool arguments needed for the requested operation; it does not need your full chat history.
For supported writes, SetPlus stores a proposed change, including the account, connection, club, requested values, affected record versions, and expiration time. The change executes only after you press Confirm in the SetPlus card. SetPlus records the changes and outcome in its audit records. A proposal expires after ten minutes; expiration prevents execution and does not imply deletion of the proposal or its audit records.
Purpose and sharing
SetPlus uses these data to authenticate your connection, answer your requests, validate permissions and club rules, prepare and execute confirmed changes, and maintain audit records. SetPlus sends requested tool results and confirmation previews to ChatGPT. OpenAI processes information received in ChatGPT under its own policies and your account settings. Connecting the integration does not grant access to clubs outside your current authorization.
Access and retention
The club owner can revoke individual integration access in the SetPlus portal. Revocation blocks subsequent reads and confirmation of pending proposals. Disconnecting an OAuth connection invalidates that connection; it does not delete existing club business records or audit records. SetPlus retains business and audit records as needed to provide the service, preserve operational history, and meet applicable obligations. Your choices and contact
Connect the integration only if you want authorized SetPlus records to be available to ChatGPT. You can disconnect it from ChatGPT and ask the club owner to revoke your integration access.
